Simple, fast, efficient and cost effective
Step 1: Doctor dictates
Dictations can be done using a digital dictaphone or a telephone. Simply plug the dictaphone into the computer’s USB port and the voice files will be encrypted and sent to the GTS server.
Step 2: Email notification
24 hours after dictating, an email will be sent notifying the doctor that there are letters ready for review.
Step 3: Reviewing letters on-line
The doctor logs in to a secure web site to review the letters on-line. This can be done wherever the doctor has an internet connection.
Step 4: Printing, posting, filing
Once reviewed the letters are ready for printing, posting and filing. Letters can be sent directly to patient files in the practice management system.
